Anyone who did not bring their own buggy along, in order to have enough space in the luggage compartment for their purchases, will be helped – with a free pram, which can be borrowed out in return for presenting an identification card at visitor service (on bail) on the first floor. You find free nappies & wet wipes in every changing and nursing room at huma eleven.

Among other things, a special parking spaces for the disabled and familys, which offers wide and comfortable free parking spaces, are located close to the elevators. Our customers are offered free wheelchair rental service, which is available at visitor service.

MINI LOLLIPOP

MINI LOLLIPOP is a veritable playtime paradise for the little ones. The area is designated for children under the age of 4 and fulfills their every wish: Toddlers can improve their skills while playing entertaining wall games, wave to their parents from inside small houses, or experience joy of sliding down a mini slide.

MINI LOLLIPOP is free of charge for the little ones.

There are 6 lifts at huma eleven. Each lift is suitable for wheelchairs. All floors can be accessed via the lift.
